Excitement Abounds at the Kindergarten thru 2nd Grade Advanced Tournament Championships!

The gymnasium of Statesville Fitness & Activity Center was buzzing with energy as young athletes from Kindergarten through 2nd grade showcased their skills in the Advanced Tournament Championships. It was a spectacle of talent, determination, and sportsmanship as four teams battled it out on the court.

The evening kicked off with the B Bracket Championship Game at 6:00 pm, featuring Union Grove (Lail) and Cool Springs B (Goss). Both teams demonstrated incredible teamwork and resilience, but it was Union Grove who emerged victorious with a final score of 11-2. The young athletes left everything on the court, displaying their passion for the game and leaving spectators in awe of their talent.

Following the first game, anticipation filled the air as the A Bracket Championship Game tipped off at 7:00 pm. ARS A (Davis) and Cloverleaf White (Bellamy) faced off in a battle for the title. Despite the intense competition, ARS A secured the victory with a final score of 17-1. The players exhibited impressive skills and determination, showcasing the bright future of basketball in our community.
