For over 35 years, North Carolina Senior Games has embodied a mission that promotes health and wellness for ALL persons 50 and better across our state.
Through a philosophy that strives to keep ALL seniors healthy, active and involved, our work remains dedicated to UNITING older athletes and SilverArtists in a program that recognizes and enhances the values of discipline, dedication, and pride in one's accomplishments and those of our fellow competitors. North Carolina Senior Games uses the tools of sports and arts to accomplish the mission of year-round health promotion and wellness.
Various games offered include horseshoes, basketball, bocce, tennis, golf, bowling, swimming, cycling, pickleball and more. SilverArts provides a stage for the creative talents of visual, heritage, literary, and performing artists.
